EASY, HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with the product(s), you may return it for a full refund or exchange for the same product within 14 days after receipt. Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit to place another order. In the event that you receive a faulty item, the costs of returning it to our warehouse will be fully covered by us. If items are returned for any other reason, the buyer will bear the return shipping costs.

- All labels and packaging must be included.
- Have paid by card or Paypal
Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of arrival of the articles. Please note that all items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached to receive an exchange.
Send us an email at info@diavlo.es indicating that you would like an exchange.
- Include your full name and order number in the email.
- Include the new items you would like to change your order to.
- Items must be unused (other than trying them on).

ORDER CANCELLATION
In order to provide the best transit times, we fulfill orders hourly. Order cancellation is available in the next 30 minutes after placing the order. After this time has elapsed, the order may have already been shipped and cancellation will not be available.
Notes:
- Shipping fees are not eligible for refunds.
- Late returns sent beyond 30 days of receipt will not be charged and will be returned to you.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Send us some photos of the items to info@diavlo.es and explain the reason for the return in as much detail as possible. Enter your order number in the subject of the email.
- Our team will email you the return address. Once you receive the return address, send the items via a courier of your choice within 30 days of receiving the product. We require a tracking number for the return, as items lost in return are not eligible for refunds.
- Once the item is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund. It may take 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- We will not accept returns if the order has been paid with cash on delivery
