    Shipping Information

    • Please note that during busy periods shipping times may be affected and you may need to check with your preferred courier for timelines.
    • We offer tracked delivery (select it at checkout)
    • All orders ship directly from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of order placement.
    • Orders placed before 17:00 will ship the same day. Those made after 17:00 will be sent the next day.
    • Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday.
    • Estimated shipping time starts from the day your order is shipped.


    Lost or delayed orders

    When placing your order, please make sure to specify the correct delivery address, as DIAVLO SUNGLASSES is not responsible for lost packages that been sent to the wrong address or if requested to go to a neighbor or outbuilding.

    Any order discrepancies related to missing and/or missing items must be reported to us in writing via email at diavlosunglasses@gmail.com. We cannot refund or replace lost items up to 20 business days after shipment date (25 business days for international items)

    Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered

    This can happen when shipping items to job sites. In some cases, your item may have been delivered to a mail room or a colleague within your company and someone else may have signed for it. In these cases, email us at diavlosunglasses@gmail.com and we'll help you with your order.

    Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are recorded as delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you receive items to a secure address.

    Why was my order cancelled?

    If your order was canceled unexpectedly, it is likely that our fraud filter flags your order as fraudulent. If you're sure that's not the case, make sure the billing address matches the payment method you're using and checkout again. Alternatively, order again with a Paypal account. If you don't have Paypal, you can easily register at www.Paypal.com.


    Countries to which we do not ship

    Currently we only ship to Spain peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

    Returns

    We offer an exchange or refund guarantee of 30 days. This 30-day window begins after an order arrives with the customer.

    Orders returned to the warehouse after the 30-day exchange or refund period has elapsed will be returned to the customer.

    How do I request an exchange or refund?

    • Send an email to diavlosunglasses@gmailcom and follow the instructions that you will then receive in the email

    To qualify for a refund or exchange:

    • Items must be unused (other than trying them on).
    • All labels and packaging must be included.

    Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.

    Exchange Policy

    You can exchange your purchase within 30 days after the items arrive. Please note that all items must be unworn with original packaging to receive an exchange.

    We will ship the first exchange from our warehouse free of charge. For any later changes, we will ask you to pay the shipping cost.

    Please note that we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duties or taxes) on any changes. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend that you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request proof of postage receipt, as we cannot exchange lost returns.

    To qualify for an exchange:

    Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.

    Refund Policy

    We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed in the warehouse.

    • Please note this may take 7-14 days after the order arrives. You will be notified once a refund has been made.
    • We cannot refund purchases to a different payment method than the one used to purchase the items.

    Additional Costs

    Please note that we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duties or taxes) on returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend that you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund lost returns.

    Defective Items
    In the event that you have received a defective item, please contact diavlosunglasses@gmail.com within 30 days of item arrival. Please include the following information:

    • Your order number
    • Which item is damaged
    • A description of the problem.
    • Photographic evidence
